- Cancellation Policy:
- If you cancel your enrollment more than 30 days before the course start date, you will receive a full refund, less a $50 administrative fee.
- If you cancel your enrollment between 14 and 30 days before the course start date, you will receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the course start date.
- StageCraft Academy reserves the right to cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
5. Student Conduct
Students are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the course without a refund. Specifically, students should refrain from:
- Harassment or discrimination of any kind
- Theft or damage to Academy property
- Disrupting the learning environment
- Unauthorized use of Academy resources
